Mr Daniel Lawrence Muya is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania (Mainland) and Courts subordinate thereto. He is head Corporate, Employment and Insurance Legal Services Department of the firm. He is well versed in all aspects of specializes in Arbitration, Employment Law, Land Law and Conveyancing, Mortgage and Securities, Administrative Law, Construction Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Succession, Law of Trust and other commercial litigation, liquidations and receiverships, insurance and general company matters. He has a hard to rival experience in Employment Law and general commercial litigation and arbitration and is held in high regard from the Courts, clients and peers. Key corporate areas include matters of companies in contracts, insurance, etc.

While under Magister Law Associates, Mr Daniel Lawrence Muya was not just a trusted legal advisor to clients but actively involved in guiding them.
